Retail Manager

Position Objectives:  To oversee all functions of the spa’s retail operation and to manage the spas retail according to the spa standards. The retail Manager objective is to achieve and exceed the set spa budget ensuring retail profitability.  Also, to position the boutiques as unique and appealing profit centers, attracting consumers to purchase and repurchase products.   The retail manager is ultimately responsible for the spa boutiques success and growth.

    • Merchandising – 48 hours to floor
    • Damage goods – returns
    • Credits
    • Invoice payments process

    • Loss preventions
    • Maximum stock
    • Merchandise mix
    • Entering inventory in the system
    • Maintain all paperwork/documents related to the boutiques

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work 40 hours + per week
