  • To ensure that we are booking guests for the correct date, time, & services for your event, please lists these details on your event rental agreement.

Event Purpose

  • Please provide a brief description of the event being held at Spa Mariana.

Deposit and Payment Terms

We require the event coordinator to provide a deposit to reserve their event date and time. The deposit cost is half the amount of the services. (For example if the service total = $500 Then, the deposit is $250.) This deposit is due 10 days prior to the event date.   The remainder of the bill is due on the event date.  We accept cash and checks.  However, we also accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. There will be 18% gratuity added to each experience. There are no discounts, promotions, or special pricing for an event/party.  It is full price for each experience. We require 7 days notice to cancel an event.

Catering

We allow outside catering OR we can provide in-house catering for an additional charge.  (We can help suggest menu and drink options.)

Set up & clean up

The event coordinator will need to arrive a half hour prior to the event to help set up IF there will be catering.  We also ask that the event coordinator confirms the date, time, & final schedule for the event via email 2 days prior to the event.
