Guidelines for Donating

  1. Click  “Donate” button on right side of the page
  2. Choose whether you would like to make a general donation to all volunteers or to one specific volunteer
  3. Fill in the requested information
  4. You will receive a tax receipt via e-mail recognizing your tax deductible donation

Make checks payable to Global Brigades

On the memo line of the check please include:

  1. Oakland University
  2. Name of the volunteer you are sponsoring
  3. Note: If you are making a general donation, there is no need to include the volunteer name; but, please indicate the program you are sponsoring or if you are sponsoring all three.

To ensure that that transaction goes through correctly, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Home/business address
  3. E-mail address

Please note: Only donors who donate $250 or more will be mailed a tax receipt. For smaller donations, you may use your cancelled check as proof of the donation.
