Mango Salad

A refreshing way to cool off this summer!

Ingredients

1 watermelon

2-3 mangoes

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest

1/2 teaspoon sugar

 

Directions

Remove watermelon rind.

Remove seeds and cut it into 1-inch pieces.

Peel the mangoes and remove the pits.

Slice into 1-inch pieces and add to watermelon.

Add lime juice, zest, and sugar.
Chill at least 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.

Makes 6 delicious servings!
