When is the best time to take supplements?

The answer to this is to take your vitamins or other things with a full meal.  Many products work well in digesting when you have eaten some fat with the meal as well, but since natural supplements are a “whole food” then they work in synergy with the other foods you have just eaten.  Many people become nauseated when taking any supplements on an empty stomach because of this fact.
