Ingredients

  • 1 Pear
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp raw oats
  • 1 scoop organic whey protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup water

Directions

Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
